Myth Koltherian!
-Dream Walker-
The spirit of a long dead koltherian. While alive this myth was known to manipulate and devastate the lives of those he encountered. Rumors began to bubble after several koltherians began to go missing after being in contact with him. When children joined their ranks, he vanished. The exact reasons for his death are unknown, though murder is suspected from the damage to his bones once they were discovered. But that wouldn't be the last of him, oh no. Parents began to use the legend of the Dream Walker to frighten their children into behaving. Tales of a monster that would steal the bad children away forever. Though he doesn't snatch away anyone, this spirit does enjoy the new title and boasts it often. Only visible to those who've seen him in their dreams, this invisible spirit travels between minds to continue to manipulate and plague his prey with nightmares. Or perhaps he just spends his time with the living to keep himself entertained. It's a blurred line between legend and fact.

Personality:
Cipher's a prankster and playfully dark kolth. He had a tendency to play and toy with his victims, though it's usually harmless annoyance more than anything. Don't expect much peace and quiet with this guy in your head. The first time he shows himself to someone, he likes to show off and forces his entry to appear as an extremely dark nightmare. He uses this to his advantage to get his way too. If you upset him and things don't go his way, he can always just turn your dreams into your worst fears. It's hard to determine how much time has passed in a dream, so it can feel almost like reality.

Bio:
The majority of Cipher's early life is unknown and too old to be in any form of current public records. After all, he was born before the development of AIRO. The prior government was chaotic and not nearly as stable or thorough about records of their citizens as the current. Besides, he's dead, so why keep the records of a long dead ghost around? Maybe AIRO ditched his records for a reason, either way, very little is known about him. What the records do still hold, is that he used to live around the outskirts of Vondale, often making trips to the growing, larger cities to meet new people. He hadn't settled into an occupation, since he'd dropped out of school very early and would have trouble picking up anything stable. He liked to call himself a philosopher, but he was more of a thief and a trickster than anything. He was a well known figure to especially manipulate partners into sleeping with him, though he never settled down and mated. Over the years of meeting particular individuals, koltherians began to vanish. The last they'd be seen, they were with Cipher. When he was interrogated for it, he always seemed to have ample resources to prove he hadn't seen he missing persons in a long time. This continued for some time, with a large number of people. Each always being seen with Cipher last before they disappeared. Some rumors say he'd begun to become a person of interest on the newly developed AIRO's radar. The last month of his life, several children went missing. All eyes were on Cipher, but this time, he too was gone. AIRO concluded it as a suicide and marked all of the disappearances on Cipher. When his bones were found by divers years later, the damage to them supported this. His wings were bound and it looked as though he'd jumped from a cliff to the sharp stones below before slipping into the sea.

Upon dying, something strange happened. Cipher found that he couldn't find peace. When he became aware of his surroundings, he knew it wasn't any kind of heaven. Perhaps it was a kind of hell. He could see the living, smell them, hear them. If he touched anyone, his hand passed right through them and they seemed to get the chills. He was stuck on the same planet he'd been on for years, and he'd continue to be stuck here for much longer. He discovered his ability to enter dreams and the mental images of others accidentally, and in a very traumatic manner. Visiting the parents of the children that had disappeared, in an attempt to condone them. Even if he wasn't trying, to see the killer of their children was a nightmare for the grieving families.
