Dragon Design OTA

I based the design off of a few things, the horns and patchy spots coming from the Jacob Sheep, and the scales and feathers coming from the Blue Bird of Paradise (or something like that). The blue spots glow and the tongue does as well (same color) 

This was going towards a contest and lost so I'll be selling it now.
